Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
3. Manage employee records and update HR databases with accurate information
4. Assist with performance management processes, such as tracking employee evaluations and providing support as needed
5. Support HR administrative tasks, including filing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
6. Assist with employee relations issues and provide support for HR projects and initiatives
7. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
