Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings to support the recruitment process.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
5. Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback from departing employees to help improve organizational processes.
6. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current best practices.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team by managing filing, organizing, and completing data entry tasks.
