1. Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, public relations, business, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written & verbal).
3. Understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
4. Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other influencer platforms.
5. Ability to research and identify relevant influencers.
6. Organizational skills to maintain influencer databases.
7. Previous internships or experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations (preferred, not mandatory).
8. Familiarity with influencer outreach tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or manual database management) (preferred, not mandatory).
9. Passionate about digital marketing and brand building.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and creative thinker.
11. Comfortable reaching out to influencers via email, DMs, or calls.
12. Interest in eco-friendly, nature-inspired products and brand storytelling.
13. Remote or in-office (as per company requirements).
14. Availability for a minimum of 2 months.
