About the work from home job/internship
As an inside sales intern, you will assist our sales team by managing customer orders, creating proposals, and coordinating with vendors. Your role involves preparing presentations, understanding customer needs, and updating the CRM system. You will also engage with existing customers to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities. This position offers practical experience in sales and customer management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer Coordination: Manage orders, proposals, and payment collections
2. Vendor Interaction: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and OEMs for pricing and timely delivery
3. Proposal Creation: Develop and prepare engaging proposals and bids
4. Stakeholder Communication: Professionally communicate with stakeholders via email and phone
5. CRM Management: Track and update CRM with proposal and order details
6. Customer Relationship Management: Engage with existing customers, gather feedback, and explore cross- and up-selling opportunities
7. Customer Follow-Up: Proactively follow up to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
8. Presentation preparation: Create impactful presentations tailored to customer needs
9. Customer Calls: Reach out to understand customer requirements, provide information, and follow up on proposals
