About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating and designing high-quality Instagram posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand's aesthetic and values
2. Developing a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting
3. Staying updated with Instagram trends, viral content, and emerging features to keep content fresh and engaging
4. Writing compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs to boost engagement and reach
5. Engaging with followers, responding to DMs and comments, and fostering a community around the brand
6. Planning, executing, and optimizing Instagram ad campaigns (including traffic, conversion, engagement, and retargeting ads)
7. Analyzing and tracking ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
8. Utilizing audience insights and analytics to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness
9. Collaborating with the team to align ad strategies with product launches and marketing campaigns
10. Monitoring Instagram insights and analytics, tracking engagement rates, and preparing reports with key takeaways
11. Continuously analyzing performance trends to refine content and advertising strategies
12. Experimenting with different content formats, ad creatives, and posting times to optimize reach and engagement

Other requirements

1. Experience in Instagram content creation – strong portfolio of reels, posts, and stories

2. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar

3. Hands-on experience with Instagram Ads Manager – running and optimizing paid campaigns

4. Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices

5. Excellent copywriting skills – the ability to craft engaging captions and ad copies

6. Knowledge of audience targeting and social media growth strategies

7. Ability to analyze Instagram insights and make data-driven content decisions

8. Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, especially in fashion and luxury branding

9. Experience working in fashion, e-commerce, or a related industry is a plus
