We are looking for a skilled Social Media Ad Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and be able to create engaging and effective video ads.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook
2. Understand and leverage the latest changes in social media algorithms to maximize ad performance
3. Create compelling video ads that capture the target audience's attention
4. Write scripts and plan scenes for video ads, ensuring they align with our brand and marketing goals
5. Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in creating and managing social media ad campaigns
2. Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
3. Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) ad creation
4. Excellent scriptwriting and video production skills
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
