Position Overview: As an interior designer at SStruence, you will serve as a key resource for our customers, offering expert advice and guidance on selecting architectural products for the marketplace. You will be a crucial part of our mission to support the creation of an exceptional platform by providing valuable design expertise and product knowledge. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Collaborate with customers, architects, and designers to understand their design goals and project requirements
Offer expert advice on the selection of architectural products, including materials, finishes, and fixtures, that meet design and functional criteria
Provide detailed product recommendations, product specifications, and relevant product information to assist customers in making informed choices
Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends
Assist customers in creating product lists, product mood boards, and sample selections
Address customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve design-related queries
Contribute to the promotion of our marketplace by showcasing innovative product applications and design solutions
