4. Collaborate with the training and development team to create engaging and informative materials for internal staff.
5. Attend meetings and presentations to gain firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of the company.
6. Assist in creating reports and presentations for senior management to showcase findings and recommendations.
7. Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support various departments within the organization.
