About the work from home job/internship
We are having part-time remote (WFH) position of an intern for a IT trainer role in our company, CareerInPharma, India's largest online training company for healthcare professionals in pharma industry.
We are looking at having following skills -
1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Gmail, including but not limited to - creating filters, creating recurring meeting schedules, color coding emails, advanced search, marking junk emails etc.
2. Advanced knowledge on internet skills such as - using ChatGPT and other AI tools, bookmarking links, organizing bookmarks in folders, saving and retrieving passwords stored in various websites, creating user profiles, installing chrome extensions, incognito window, cache clear etc.
3. Advanced Excel and google sheets skills such as - creating pivot tables, putting formulas, creating filters, conditional formatting, access rights etc.
4. Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
5. Advanced MS Word skills - font format/style, formatting, header/footer etc.
6. Knowledge of Canva - creating brochures, posters, posts, using templates etc.
7. Common troubleshooting in computer such as - finding lost files, creating shortcuts on desktop, using task manager to close open applications, computer hang problem, installing updates etc.
8. Using communication tools such as MS Teams & Zoom
9. Tips to stay away from cybercrime such as phishing, spurious links, unsecured websites etc.
10. Common computer shortcuts such as Ctrl+D, Ctrl+E, etc.

Other requirements
We need just 2hrs a week on above activities. Candidate will be required to take 1hr class for our students on above and another 1hr on doubt clearing and checking assignments (on above activities)
Please note this is purely remote, work from home position.
Salary - Rs 500 per class.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per class).
