About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage job postings on the Internshala platform and ensure they are up to date.
2. Screen incoming applications and resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
3. Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
6. Provide regular updates to the HR team on recruitment progress.
