4. Use the designated mobile app for recording.
5. Ensure a quiet environment for clear, noise-free audio and handle the phone properly during recording.
6. Maintain a stable internet connection and avoid multitasking while recording.
7. Adhere to professional conduct by refraining from abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language and avoiding the sharing of personal information.
8. Upload recordings to the platform, ensuring they meet quality and guideline standards.
