About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research and analysis on various legal issues, which involves reviewing case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal documents, as well as analyzing and summarizing the information found.
2. Draft a variety of legal documents, such as memos, briefs, motions, and contracts, and assist with drafting legal correspondence, including letters and emails.
3. Attend meetings and court proceedings to observe how legal professionals interact with clients and present arguments in court.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors, which includes answering phones, responding to emails, and participating in team meetings.
5. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing documents, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.
