Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Preparing legal documents such as contracts, memorandums, and letters.
3. Vetting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
4. Assisting with due diligence processes by reviewing corporate documents and identifying potential legal risks.
5. Analyzing and reviewing contracts to identify legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
