Flexmotiv Technologies is a healthcare startup focused on streamlining therapy center management with its flagship product, Symplify. The app helps therapy centers manage scheduling, cancellations, invoicing, and patient records, making administrative tasks easier.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads from social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as other relevant platforms.
2. Reach out to therapy centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals to introduce Symplify.
3. Engage potential clients through calls and messages, set up product demos, and follow up for feedback.
4. Assist the sales team with client onboarding and providing necessary support during the demo process.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.

Skill Set Required:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
2. Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques on social media platforms.
3. Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
