About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking freshers who are sincere, committed, and dedicated to the tasks assigned and the opportunity provided. This is a live project, and we require individuals with a serious and focused mindset.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate and validate B2B leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
2. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
3. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
4. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
Note: Key learnings include gaining insights into industry mapping, industry domains, sales funnels, marketing approaches, email marketing campaigns, and value-based selling. Participants will get hands-on experience working with Bitrix24 Sales CRM, learning sales processes, marketing strategies, and lead validation through market research. Additionally, they will develop expertise in B2B sales and marketing while understanding hiring trends and best practices.
