1. Availability: Must be available for the work-from-home job/internship and can dedicate adequate time to fulfill assigned responsibilities effectively.
2. Start Date: Can start the internship between 26th Feb'25 and 2nd Apr'25.
3. Duration: Available for a duration of 1 week, with flexibility to contribute in alignment with the foundation's priorities.
4. Relevant Skills: Possess skills such as communication, research, content creation, and event coordination, with a strong interest in fundraising and nonprofit initiatives.
5. Self-motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a virtual team environment.
6. Passion: Passionate about education and social change aligned with the foundation's mission to inspire and empower students.
7. Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit work (desirable but not required).
8. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software to execute tasks and report effectively.
9. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers.
10. We particularly encourage applications from women who want to restart or start their careers.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100000 per 50 lakhs page views).
