About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting surveys and interviews with students and college representatives to gather data on placement processes and challenges in tier-2 colleges.
2. Collecting and analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports and presentations on research findings.
3. Assisting in designing survey questionnaires and using survey tools.
4. Conducting cold calling and emailing to contact college placement cells and administrators.
5. Setting up meetings and workshops with colleges, coordinating schedules and logistics.
6. Collaborating with the team to plan and execute research and outreach strategies.
7. Maintaining accurate records of communications and follow-ups with colleges.
8. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve outreach and workshop implementation strategies.
