Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in our team by engaging in cold calling, crafting persuasive sales pitches, and fostering partnerships with prospective clients. Your efforts will primarily focus on securing sponsorships, donations, and partnerships to support and enhance our event.
2. Cold Calling and Outreach:
a. Initiate contact with potential sponsors, donors, and partners through cold calling and emails.
a. Maintain a database of contacts and track outreach efforts for reporting purposes.
3. Sales Pitch Development:
a. Create compelling sales pitches tailored to different types of prospective clients (e.g., businesses, organizations).
b. Highlight the unique benefits and exposure opportunities of sponsoring or partnering with our event.
4. Partnership Development:
a. Identify potential partners interested in showcasing their services or products during Durga Puja.
b. Negotiate terms of partnership agreements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. Event Promotion:
a. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sponsorships and partnerships through digital marketing channels.
b. Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to maximize exposure for sponsors and partners.
6. Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners to foster long-term engagement.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the partnership lifecycle.
