Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and chart companies within the target industries throughout various regions of India
2. Recognize and list key decision-makers, including senior management, human resources, and talent acquisition leaders in these organizations
3. Initiate contact with these professionals via cold calls, emails, and networking referrals
4. Arrange meetings and present our track record and value proposition to potential new clients
5. Negotiate engagement terms with potential clients and secure executive search and recruitment mandates
6. Lead the delivery team to ensure high-quality results on the secured mandates
7. Continuously monitor ongoing mandates to ensure timely and desired progress
8. Maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction throughout the execution of mandates
9. Build and nurture client relationships to secure repeat business
10. Achieve annual business targets through strategic planning and focused execution
