Current higher education systems are failing to produce first-time employable adults. Less than 1% of colleges are differentiated on brand & quality and employers are struggling to hire great talent with relevant skills. To solve this, we at Neos Kosmos Technologies (Mesa School) are building a new-age 'Alt-Uni' (Alternate-University) in India, which will be the most outcome-obsessed for students, reverse engineered from real employer needs and delivery method is aligned with the final target outcome with no one size fits all approach. Our vision is to annually impact 1 lac+ high-quality youth (between 18-30 years of age) and provide them access to great skills & great job opportunities. In Phase 1, we are starting by reimagining the traditional MBA program to a 1 year, fully hands-on learning experience where students learn by building real businesses, to develop the technology business leaders of tomorrow. The first cohort starts in July 2023.
