Position Overview: The math content creator and reviewer will be responsible for developing, writing, and reviewing math educational materials for students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate has a strong background in math education, excellent writing skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires collaboration with other educators, subject matter experts, and the editorial team to ensure that our content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with educational standards.
1. Content Creation:
a. Develop high-quality math content for K-12 students, including lesson plans, practice exercises, instructional materials, and assessments
b. Write clear, engaging, and age-appropriate explanations and solutions to math problems
c. Ensure all content aligns with national and state educational standards (e.g., Common Core, TEKS)
2. Content Review:
a. Review and edit existing math content for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical soundness
b. Provide constructive feedback to other content creators to ensure the highest quality of content
c. Verify that the content is grade-appropriate and meets the needs of diverse learners
3. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with curriculum developers, graphic designers, and other team members to produce comprehensive educational materials
b. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for content development
4. Quality Assurance:
a. Conduct thorough reviews of the content to ensure it is free from errors and inconsistencies
b. Stay updated on the latest educational trends, research, and best practices in math education

Other requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, education, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
