Merchandising Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client outreach: Draft and send professional emails or proposals to prospective clients, brands, and partners. Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings or calls with interested parties.
2. Pitch preparation: Assist in creating tailored presentations and pitch decks for different brands and industries. Collaborate with the team to refine ideas for utilizing iconic intellectual properties in client campaigns.
3. Database management: Maintain and update a database of contacts, leads, and ongoing negotiations. Track progress on potential deals and organize client-specific data for reference.
4. Coordination & collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to brainstorm strategies for brand partnerships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of tasks related to client interactions.
5. Documentation & reporting: Draft, review, and manage documents like licensing agreements and proposals. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on outreach activities, potential leads, and progress.
6. Learning & development: Stay updated with trends in branding, marketing, and intellectual property. Learn the fundamentals of IP rights, licensing agreements, and their applications in business.
7. Creative ideation: Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns to enhance the visibility and profitability of IPEA's intellectual properties.
8. Market research & analysis: Conduct research on potential brands, markets, and industries to identify partnership opportunities. Analyze competitors' campaigns and evaluate trends in intellectual property (IP) licensing.
