Office Assistant Virtual Sales Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post properties on all relevant property sites for lead generation.
2. Update the company site with property listings and manage inventory.
3. Update the CRM with all necessary details.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes.
5. Refresh daily and check for new leads online.
6. Call leads to confirm their requirements.
7. Maintain an owner's database and foster good relationships with property owners.
8. Coordinate with owners, brokers, and field teams to arrange property visits.
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners.
10. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications (Google Sheets, presentations, etc.).
11. Coordinate post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Follow up on brokerage collection to ensure timely payments.
13. Manage master data effectively.
14. Source properties online and prepare detailed property listings.
15. Create and deliver presentations using MS Office tools.
