1. A master’s degree or Ph.D. in Telugu literature, Indian literature, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of classical and contemporary Telugu literature.
3. Experience teaching or tutoring Telugu literature at the college or university level.
4. Experience with online teaching platforms and methods.
5. Ability to use online education platforms (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle).
6. Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and creating engaging multimedia content.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu and English.
8. Possess the ability to explain literary concepts clearly and effectively.
9. Skill in creating an interactive and engaging online learning environment.
10. Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students.
11. Availability to meet with students in different time zones.
12. Commitment to regular tutoring sessions and timely responses to student inquiries.
