Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Strategic Operations Management:
1. Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
2. Streamline internal workflows and processes to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

b. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
1. Identify and onboard vendors to support an expanded product range and enhance supply chain reliability.
2. Establish strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating beneficial terms for sustainable partnerships.
3. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.

c. Logistics & Fulfillment Oversight:
1. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and return/exchange processes with professionalism.
2. Act as a bridge between customers and vendors, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
3. Continuously refine customer experience strategies based on feedback and performance insights.
