Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
2. Generating leads for the vendor selection process, assessing proposals, and conducting due diligence.
3. Monitoring contract performance and compliance, ensuring that deliverables are met on time.
4. Collaborating with team members to monitor inventory levels and forecast supply needs accurately.
5. Implementing inventory tracking mechanisms across projects to minimize the need for emergency purchases and optimize stock management.
6. Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees and volunteers, including preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
7. Supporting internal operations to continually identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
