We are looking for a highly motivated founder's office intern (operations) to work closely with the leadership team and support various operational functions. This is a remote role with a commitment of 4 hours per day, ideal for individuals with strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. As part of the founder's office, you'll gain hands-on experience in building processes from scratch, streamlining workflows, and driving operational efficiency. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in structuring and optimizing internal operations across different functions.
2. Work on data analysis and process automation using Excel and other tools.
3. Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
4. Conduct research and provide insights to improve workflows and decision-making.
5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
