Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct the entire quality checks for clients application process
2. Ensure the authenticity of the clients documents by following standards and
protocols (SOP)
3. Formulate and review pre-application documents in alignment with clients' profiles
4. Evaluate the eligibility criteria of each applicant (students) in accordance with the
pre-requisite of the course program/university
5. Verify the completeness of documents submitted in support of each application to
ensure high acceptability (through our dedicated CRM platform)
6. Communicate with the respective teams (business development, sales, and
marketing on a timely basis and ensure that the university application process is
streamlined)
7. Update the internal portals on a regular basis and ensure accuracy and timely
communication with students
8. Work alongside the application team to develop the SOPs and ensure a successful client onboarding process
