- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance, implementing measures to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

2. Logistics:
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, including order placement, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and minimize delivery times and costs.
- Address and resolve order-related discrepancies promptly to maintain seamless operations.
