As an Operations Intern at Social Symphony, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conveying complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Building strong relationships, anticipating client needs, and exceeding expectations.
3. Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving client concerns with a focus on high satisfaction.
4. Developing clear and concise content, and conducting effective research to support data analysis.
5. Utilizing Google Workspace and MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel/Sheets functionality.
6. Understanding of data management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present insights in clear and compelling dashboards.
