We are looking for an organizational psychologist intern to join our team to assist
with training and development and the human resources team for the purpose of training and recruitment. Ultimately, an outstanding organizational psychology intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on the company's learning management system Adobe Learning Manager structure e-learning modules
2. Design and implement organizational processes using blueprints
3. Post job postings on LinkedIn
4. Update the applicant data on Google Sheets
5. Engage in employer branding activities and improve the organization's presence
6. Attend and represent the organization at business conferences and summits
