Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per task).
A. Stipend & work model:
1. Earn a task-based stipend ranging from INR 150 to INR 500 per task, depending on complexity
2. Work flexibly, with interns typically completing one task within 1-2 days, allowing for learning while earning
B. Example task & payment:
1. Task: Develop a shop.php page that fetches and displays all products from the database for customers
2. Payout: INR 200 for completing this task
