About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create playbooks and workflow documents for various teams, departments, and services offered by the company
2. Conduct research and analysis to understand the fundamentals of the business, the end goals, and the workflow requirements
3. Brainstorm optimal steps for each task to achieve the best results with minimal time and effort
4. Host team meetings to explain workflows through Notion pages over Zoom, which will be recorded and added to our drive
5. Collaborate with the Intern Onboarding Officer (IOO) to develop prompts for training and upskilling the teams
6. Create and maintain a database of feedback generators, FAQs, and training materials to reduce the time needed to give feedback and enhance the training process
7. Develop tasks and create materials that the IOO can use to explain workflows to the teams and provide high-quality feedback
8. Create and maintain drive folders to explain the workflow, update drive videos, and create a detailed team handbook for various departments to refer to
9. Understand the business requirements, draft a list of team members needed, brainstorm roles and responsibilities for each position, and complete the Invent Job Role (IJR) workflow checklist
