1. Preferably from vendor procurement and networking background and logistics background
2. Has real industry experience in animal care
3. Is willing to work with us part-time and learn on the go
4. Analytical skills: Ability to assess suppliers and market data effectively
5. Attention to detail: Precision in managing purchase orders and records
6. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for supplier interactions and team collaboration
7. Organizational skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized documentation
8. Negotiation skills: Basic understanding of negotiation techniques to assist in supplier discussions
9. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
10. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
1. Conduct the first round of interviews via a recorded Google form, which will be shared on Internshala messages
2. Hold the second round of interviews with HR or the founder directly
3. Test your knowledge, provide basic training, and check communication compatibility with your manager during the first 1-2 weeks if selected
