1. Research and identify potential suppliers or vendors who can provide the required goods or services. This includes evaluating supplier capabilities, conducting market research, analyzing supplier proposals, and negotiating contracts
2. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of goods and services. This includes monitoring supplier performance, addressing any issues or disputes, and seeking opportunities for collaboration and improvement
3. Handle the creation, review, and management of purchase quotation/purchase orders if necessary
4. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements
5. Analyze costs associated with procurement activities and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
6. Select products and vendors by screening the products and services as and when needed

Schedule of the selection committee:
1. The first round of interview will be recorded via a Google form which will be shared on the Internshala message
2. The second round would be an interview with the HR or the founder directly
