We are an NGO, named Jarurat Care, and we are looking for a passionate intern in the Product department. This is an unpaid internship, but it offers the unique opportunity to work alongside IITian founders and Forbes 30 Under 30 nominees. Exceptional work could lead to paid gigs through our extensive and resourceful connections.

1. E-commerce Management and Optimization:
Manage and optimize sales platforms (YouTube Shop, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon)
Ensure smooth operations and handle customer interactions
Monitor platform performance and implement strategies for improvement

2. Customer Service and Engagement:
Provide excellent customer service to enhance user experience
Address customer queries and issues promptly and effectively
Gather customer feedback to inform platform improvements

3. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and engagement
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Prepare reports on platform performance and present findings to the team
