Orthodontic/Implant Case Management Intern
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Orthodontic Case Management Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for organizing case photos, creating required presentations (PPTs), and ensuring cases are kept on track by coordinating with patients as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of orthodontics and learning about case management in a clinical setting.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Organize Case Photos:
1. Collect and systematically organize case photos for each patient.
2. Ensure all photos are labeled correctly and stored in the appropriate digital folders.

B. Create Presentations:
1. Develop professional presentations (PPTs) for patient consultations, treatment plans, and case reviews.
2. Collaborate with the orthodontist to include relevant case details and treatment progress in presentations.

C. Case Coordination:
1. Monitor and track the progress of ongoing cases to ensure timely follow-ups and appointments.
2. Coordinate with patients to schedule appointments, send reminders, and follow up on treatment plans.
3. Communicate with patients to address any questions or concerns related to their treatment.

D. Data Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient cases, including treatment plans, progress notes, and communications.
2. Assist in updating and managing the patient database.

E. Support Clinical Team:
1. Provide administrative support to the orthodontist and clinical team as needed.
2. Assist with other tasks related to case management and patient care.
