Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
3. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, reports, and correspondence.
4. Track project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
5. Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
6. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and facilitate communication.
7. Support the project manager in managing project resources, including personnel and equipment.
8. Assist in the preparation of presentations, status reports, and other project-related materials.
9. Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making.

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (0-1 years) in a project management support role or administrative position.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
7. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
8. Available for a daily standup call for 15-30 minutes.
