As a 'Project Management Intern' at FC, you'll be at the forefront of creating fun and meaningful experiences for our community. Your role will focus on planning and managing exciting projects that get people talking, connecting, and having fun, whether it's organizing co-working sessions, study groups, casual hangouts, or game nights within the FCverse.
You'll lead these projects from concept to execution, ensuring that they run smoothly and bring the community together. By managing a variety of engaging initiatives, you'll learn valuable project management skills while contributing to a lively, supportive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. This role will prepare you for future careers in project management, operations, or any field where planning and execution are key.
1. Organize and run projects that promote conversations and interactions, such as themed co-working sessions, study groups, game nights, and social hangouts in the FCverse.
2. Actively engage with community members, getting them excited about participating in these projects and fostering meaningful connections.
3. Ensure smooth execution of each project by managing timelines, resources, and participant involvement.
4. Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the projects and enhance the overall experience.
5. Track the success of each project and report on engagement, suggesting new ideas for future initiatives.
