About the work from home job/internship
As a project management intern at Jarurat Care, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact on people's lives. Your strong skills in effective communication, project management, product management, operations, report writing, data analysis, problem-solving, MS-Excel, English proficiency (spoken), and time management will be key in helping us succeed in our mission to provide essential services to those in need.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage assigned teams (Design, Branding, Content, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
2. Coordinate with team leads to track progress and address roadblocks
3. Ensure assigned tasks are executed effectively and completed on time
4. Utilize Google Sheets to manage internal tracking systems
5. Monitor team activity using ATBT (Actual Time / Budget Time) Sheets to assess performance
6. Compile weekly progress reports summarizing work completed, team productivity, and challenges faced
7. Work closely with team leads to ensure quality standards are upheld
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to maintain engagement and efficiency
9. Ensure interns are consistently contributing and meeting expectations
10. Serve as a bridge between teams and senior HR management
11. Organize and lead team meetings to align on goals and deliverables
12. Address any concerns or bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary
13. Assign tasks based on interns' availability and workload
14. Adapt schedules and assignments dynamically to maintain productivity while accommodating flexibility
15. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze project data for informed decision-making
16. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
