Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables
2. Develop project roadmaps and execution plans
3. Align strategies with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
4. Set and achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
6. Track sales performance and take corrective actions if needed
7. Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to generate leads and conversions
8. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (sales, marketing, operations)
9. Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability for team members
10. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
11. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency
