Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 26th Dec'24 and 30th Jan'25
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Process analysis: Strong ability to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement
2. Project management: Experience in managing projects and implementing changes effectively
3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration with remote teams
4. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with process management tools and remote collaboration software
5. Training and facilitation: Skills in developing training materials and conducting online training sessions
6. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and optimize processes
7. Adaptability: Ability to adjust processes and strategies to fit a remote work environment and diverse team dynamics
Note: The selection committee schedule
1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google Form will be shared through Internshala messages
2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the founder
3. Evaluation period: If selected, the first 1-2 weeks will involve testing your knowledge and providing basic training your ability to work, create end products, and meet expectations confidently will be assessed, and upon satisfactory performance, you will be officially assigned the role, and your work offer will be provided
Note: Training period- duration- first 2 weeks (pay structure: working 1 hour daily on all working days earns INR 1,000 per month and working 10 hours daily earns INR 10,000 per month)
