This is a remote internship role for a Psychology Intern at The Social Therapist.
As a Psychology Intern, you will be assisting in various day-to-day tasks related to mental health and advocacy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include observing and understanding the workings of a mental health practice, engaging in case presentations, participating in role-plays and workshops, providing support in communication with clients, observing supervision, and assisting in the development of mental health education materials.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced practitioners in the field.

- Strong understanding of psychological principles and theories
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and interest in mental health and trauma-informed care
- Passion for education and promoting mental health awareness
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per increase in followers and engagement).
