About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct primary and secondary research on Industrial-Organizational Psychology in India and globally.
2. Analyze and interpret research findings in I/O Psychology, HR, and related fields.
3. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in I/O Psychology.
4. Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging, research-driven LinkedIn content (posts, stories, videos).
5. Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities to expand AllthingsIO's reach.
6. Support the execution and delivery of AllthingsIO training programs.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business, research, marketing, and social media strategies.
8. Manage and lead volunteer teams to support AllthingsIO's mission and goals.
9. Prior experience in market research, research publication, literature review, and insights generation is an added advantage.
Working Hours: Flexible: 15-20 hours per week over 6 days.
Availability: 2-3 hours daily.
Saturdays: 5 hours between 12:00-5:00 PM IST.
