Purchase Procurement Specialist (Supply Chain) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Evaluate supplier capabilities, conduct market research, analyze supplier proposals, and negotiate contracts.
2. Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain the quality of the committed supplies.
3. Identify and onboard new suppliers for various products who can meet our commercial and technical requirements.
4. Support the design team in developing new products on the website and establish partnerships with companies.
5. Generate purchase orders (POs), follow up on existing product deliveries, and ensure adequate inventory levels.
6. Achieve cost savings through negotiations, alternative suppliers, and efficient sourcing strategies.
7. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of goods and services, monitor supplier performance, address any issues or disputes, and foster collaboration.

Note: The selection committee schedule:

1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google form will be shared through Internshala messages.
2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the founder.
3. Evaluation period: If selected, the first 1-2 weeks will involve testing your knowledge and providing basic training. Your ability to work, create end products, and meet expectations confidently will be assessed. Upon satisfactory performance, you will be officially assigned the role, and your work offer will be provided.

Note: Training period duration: The first 2 weeks. (Pay structure: Working 1 hour daily on all working days earns INR 1,000 per month, and working 10 hours daily earns INR 10,000 per month).
