As a Python development intern at AnnoTech, you'll dive into innovative projects. You'll be part of a talented team working on enhancing Python-based solutions and contributing to the creation of the largest database of high-quality labeled programming data for training AI models. Your expertise in data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis will be pivotal in driving progress and efficiency.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing and testing Python coding questions and edge test cases at the level of LeetCode/Codeforces Medium and above
2. Solving Python coding questions using data structures, algorithms, and (occasionally) statistics
3. Analyzing and optimizing existing solutions for performance and scalability
4. Assisting in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
5. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions

1. Candidates should include their profile from one of Codeforces, CodeChef, Topcoder, or LeetCode (or other similar websites that host programming challenges) in their resume and cover letter. IMPORTANT: ONLY candidates with AT LEAST 100 PROBLEMS SOLVED across these platforms will be considered.
2. Candidates should be available for virtual meetings between 4 pm and 9 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based in Eastern Standard Time).
3. Candidates are expected to solve or improve upon existing solutions OR create new problems every day. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience solving problems.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per problem created).

We are looking for candidates who are excellent at solving programming challenges to work with us as we build up our database of high-quality long-context data, which can then be used to fine-tune AI models such as CodeLlama for solving programming problems.
