Recruiter Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across multiple industries. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to negotiating job offers, and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
2. Generate leads for business development by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Manage lead flow through CRM tools and conduct market research to find companies or clients in need of recruitment services. Build relationships with potential clients and business partners through networking and outreach while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies with business goals.
