Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers
3. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and attending career fairs
4. Assist in maintaining candidate databases and organizing recruitment events
5. Collaborate with team members to develop creative recruitment strategies
6. Assist in drafting job descriptions and job offer letters
