As a Recruitment intern at Mridam Digital LLP, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable experience in the field of talent acquisition. Your role will involve assisting in the recruitment process for a variety of positions within the company, and providing support in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize MS Excel and MS-Office to maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
2. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting on various job boards and social media platforms.
3. Conduct initial screenings of candidates through phone and video interviews.
4. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent to the organization.
6. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
This internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about the recruitment process in a fast-paced digital marketing company. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for HR, and proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office, we would love to hear from you!
