About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in all stages of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
2. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
3. Source candidates through online resources and networking
4. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring teams
5. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
6. Provide administrative support and assist with documentation
7. Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies
